Overview

For MOFS dropshippers, standing out in the e-commerce space means offering more than just products; it requires a unique brand identity. The Custom Branding service allows entrepreneurs to order customized packaging (like polymailers and hangtags) alongside digital design services (like logos). The objective for this page was to elevate the user experience from a standard product listing to an interactive, premium “Build Your Brand Kit” builder that simplifies the customization process.

Interactive Build Your Brand Kit Redesign
Challenge

Traditional e-commerce platforms handle multi-product bundling poorly out of the box. Forcing users to navigate to five different product pages to piece together a cohesive branding kit creates massive cognitive friction, leading to abandoned carts and lost upsell opportunities. The challenge was to consolidate these distinct physical and digital services into a single, unified interface without making the page feel cluttered or technically overwhelming.

Solution

We bypassed standard template limitations and engineered a bespoke “Kit Builder” interface using Custom Liquid. By categorizing the options cleanly into “Packaging Essentials” and “Digital Design Services,” we drastically reduced the user’s brain load. We implemented a dynamic, sticky “Order Summary” that updates in real-time, allowing users to build their kit and check out directly from one page. Combined with a highly visual “How Customization Works” timeline, the resulting page operates as a frictionless, high-converting funnel that naturally drives up Average Order Value (AOV).

The previous approach to selling custom services highlighted the limitations of a disconnected user journey. In older setups, physical packaging and digital design were often treated as isolated products, requiring shoppers to hunt through the site to complete their brand kit. Viewing the legacy design underscores why our unified bundling strategy was so critical. By transforming a disjointed, multi-click ordeal into a seamless, single-page experience, we completely eliminated the structural friction that was holding back sales.
